NOVA is a small independent project, and mail actually gets read. The fastest way to reach us is email.
What to write about
- Bugs. If a run behaved strangely, tell us what device and browser you were on and roughly what the board looked like. Screenshots help enormously.
- Gameplay feedback. Difficulty, pacing, how often the Flux wildcard turns up — all useful.
- Accessibility. If something is hard to read, hard to hit, or does not work with your assistive technology, we want to know. This gets priority.
- Advertising and partnerships. Enquiries welcome.
- Press. Happy to answer questions or provide assets.
Things we cannot help with
NOVA has no accounts, so there is no login, password or purchase to recover. Your best score lives in your own browser's local storage — if you clear your browser data or switch device, it is gone and there is unfortunately no copy on our side to restore.
Response time
This is a side project rather than a company, so expect a few days rather than a few hours. Every message gets read even when the reply is slow.
Privacy
Anything you email is used only to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list or passed to anyone else. See the privacy page for how the site itself handles data.
